Preparing for 2011 election;

The 2011 election is fast approaching and i have to decide which party to cast my vote for.
Foe me i cast my vote for a party not for an individual personality because i believe that a party which make the interest of the masses its priority in matter of making laws and making laws that have positive impact on law abiding citizens is the one that is worthy of committing the affairs of citizens to.
The ruling party in Nigeria is counting on the sentimental way of looking at things in Nigeria to bring themselves back to power.The object of this sentiment this time around is Jonathan. the other day i was telling my friends that i will not vote for the PDP, because their almost or more than 10 years rule have nothing but poverty sticking impact on the citizens that they are ruling while it have a lot of financial impact on the pocket of the executive, and the federal legislators.
Do not tell me that it is not only PDP members that are in the National Assemby, you should remember that PDP members are in majority and we all know that the minority can only have their say the majority will always have their way and the PDP are using the fact that they are in the majority to financially better their individual lots while the citizen of this country does not have electricity, no good roads and other infrastructural amenities that will make it easy for the citizen to do their business in a most profitable manner which in turn will bring economic growth to this nation. Now they are back again canvassing for our vote and their election campaign is wrap around the same promises of providing adequate electricity good roads etc promises that they deliberately refused to fulfill for the last ten years or more that they have been in power.
The new trick is now to claim that they are bringing Jonathan a person from the south/south out as president as if that solve the problem of inadequate power supply and the darkness that the entire nation is thrown into,the loss of manufacturing sector of this nation etc.
Looking at the past performance of PDP since it has been in the helms of affairs in Nigeria after the military relinquished power, i have come to realized that anybody elected into political offices on the platform of the PDP cannot rule well, i believe that the party is floated to encourage corruption and ineptitude and not to perform any civic duty to the people of this great country.
Therefore i believe that Jonathan may be a gentleman and honest but if he is contesting the position of presidency on the platform of PDP i will not cast my vote for him because even if he spend 20years in office as a president PDP will not allow him to perform any duty for the citizens of this nation he will only be allowed to pass law that will only benefit those in corridors of power and their cronies. Electricity will remain in comatose, the roads will continue to deteriorate and our hospitals will remain a death trap.

God's time is the best., Is that true?

I was reading some religious notes that i jotted down in my church sermon's note when I saw a quotation where God told Abraham "...at the time appointed i will return unto thee according to the time of life, and Sarah shall bear a son." This set me thinking, does that mean that God work with man in accordance with 60 seconds make one minute,60mims make 0ne hour, 24hour make one day? Because my understanding of that scripture is that God follows man timing in answering man's requests. Anyone there with a different view, kindly counter my theory.
